I booked a trip for 7 people (one confirmation #). One person needs to change his flight. Is that possible or do I have to cancel and rebook everyone? Thanks!!! I called SW and there is a 14 min. wait. I bet I get a faster answer on here! LOL

Go to the change flight tab. enter the confirmation and there should be a check box next to that persons name.

Thanks . . I did get through to a SW agent and she said to just call and the flight could be changed. Love SW!
