Hi! I am trying to loose a few pounds before my trip to WDW in 1 month 2 weeks. I started today at 172 and would like to set a goal of 10 lbs first and then from there. Anyone out there with me.
I was just thinking that a new Southbeach thread should be started. The original one is so long and old that the new folks could never find the time to post.
Welcome. Where are you at? I am 4 days into Phase 1. I don't remember it being this hard.
Yesterday I had eggs again, almonds, the seseme beef which isn't great, string cheese, and turkey dogs with mustard. Oh and a lean sobe.
I am on day 4 as well. I have not had too much of a problem so far. Yesterday I had a meeting that ran late so I was late eating lunch and ended up with a headache but one I was able to eat I was ok.
I'm not sure what test day is but tonight I had to cut a full sheet cake and serve it at the swim team banquet and didn't even have a taste of frosting. Now that was a test!
