Is anyone here on this diet? Or know about it? I've recently started on this and currently on Phase 1. It's going really good however I've just started having a bout of diaherra ... is this normal during Phase 1?

It must be because it happened to me both times. I mentioned it to my Dr at a Dr. apt and he said drink plenty of water so you do not dehydrate.
