Sound off on CP classes!

Hey everyone, I'm hopefully going down next Fall for the CP and I'm contemplating classes. I know they've come up in the FAQ thread a few times, but I thought it would be nice to have a thread exclusively devoted to the classes, and I didn't see one so here it is!

So, let's hear everyone's opinions on Collegiate, Professional Development, and Disney Exploration courses!

I'm contemplating the Experiential Learning and Hospitality Management Collegiate courses, and the Exploring People Management and Exploring Guest Services Exploration series, but I can't narrow it down.
