Hi all,
Ive got some questions hopefully you can help me with.
1.Will Randy hold a date for you until you have confirmation you have got the date you want?
2.Sorry if this is a silly question but are you supposed to feed your photographer and videographer?
3.Do your photo and video hours all have to be in one go or can you have a gap in between?
4.If you hire the limo for your guests can you use the minimum 3 hours seperately(we wanted it to pick our guests up take them to the reception and then drop them off at the end of the evening)?
5.Can you take your photographer and videographer onto a wishes cruise?
6.If your having your wedding in the pavillion can you have photos outside(I have seen an arch with views of the castle through it somewhere outside the pavillion) or do you have to book that as a seperate package? Also can you use an outside photographer for this?
7.Same as question 6 but for the grounds of the GF and inside the GF?
8.How long does everything take(ceremony, photos, reception) im trying to plan the day but not sure on timing?
9.Does anyone know what time wishe swould be on in september and is it definately on every night?(wishes is our favourite thing about WDW and ending the day with the cruise is quite important to us?
WOW I didnt realise I had so many questions Sorry.
Thanks for your help its really appreciated I dont know what Id do without you guys.

1. Randy does hold dates with a deposit. He is very understanding and knows that you may not get your first choice. The down side is he can only hold one date for you, so if you don't get that date you might not get him. I know someone on this board put two deposits down for two different dates to make sure they got him.
2. I am assuming so. I have seen peoples BEO's that they have shared, and it included a vendor meal.
3. I really can't answer that for you. It really depends on who you use. You would need to ask them. I do know that SummerCaitlin is using Randy in the morning and having him return for the evening.
4. Sorry can't answer that one, but I imagine it is consecutive.
5. I know the photographer can. I have seen plenty of pics of couples on Wishes cruise. I am unsure of the videographer.
6. You can get the pics outside without a seperate package. In fact the arch is called "picture point".
7. I know with Randy he will take the pics where you like. I am having my done at WL. I am not sure as to DPS options. I think it is standard to have them taken at the GF. I know there is a resort photos option on the wishbook, but I don't know much about it.
8. Haven't had the wedding yet so I have no clue. Talk to your EM. They will definitely know how to answer that.
9. Wishes is an everynight thing. As for the time, I am not sure. I would check the Disney website calenders. I think they post the times (always subject to change of course) 6 months ahead of time.

The limo is 4 consecutive hours. You can book another one for later if you want. It is always in minimum of 4 consecutive hours and it is $84 per hour.

If you have your wedding at the pavilion I think it is a given that you will have the photos at picture point. Randy will go almost anywhere (he can't go into the parks though, only DPS).

If you are having an intimate/escape wedding, the infomation in the planning kit they send after you have signed your contract states the ceremony is 15-20 minutes and the total time for ceremony and reception is max an hour.

Our wedding is in August and we have booked Randy. I haven't gotten to talk to him directly yet, but Linda has been vey helpful. If you are wondering on times so you know how long to book him, just let him know what you are wanting. Linda told me that the three hour package should be plenty for what we are doing, but if we run over, they can just add on for the extra time, no big deal.

Wishes is scheduled nightly, though times may vary depending on park activity and always subject to cancellation due to weather. If you are booking a wishes cruise I would just check on their policies, I would think if the fireworks were cancelled due to weather, they would allow to do it another night if available or offer a refund.

1. Rndy will hold a date for you. I provisionally booked him before I booked my wedding date, he had no problem doing this and it is recommended as he books up really quickly.
2. I have wondered this myself. I mean I am only having an Intimate, so they can easily help themselves to cake and wine (in fact I really hope they do, there are only 3 of us) I have seen though for Custom Weddings that it is included on their BEO.
3. Normally they are all in one go, however Randy was nice enough to let me have 3 hours in the morning and have him come back for 1 hour during Wishes. He is meeting us at 9.30pm at The GF Marina and will take some pics there and at the Pavillion during Wishes, should make for some beautiful pics.
4. I already asked Tanis about this and she said NO, it has to be consecutive hours, so like me we are dining at Citricos for lunch on my wedding day, I will use 2 hours of my limo hire and lose the rest, beause by the time we finish lunch my hire will be over.
5. I am pretty sure you can do this. I initially was going to want Randy to come on the Wishes cruise, but I decided this was the better option.
6. I am doing this too and I am getting married at SBP. At night when Randy returns he will take some pics in the arch.
7. Again Randy is doing this for me. We are taking pics in The GF and the grounds of The GF after our cake cutting.
8. Each wedding is different and I can only talk about Intimate timings, they allow 1 hour for ceremony and cake cutting reception. We are getting picked up at 09.00am for a 10.00am ceremony.
9. I checked the website for Wishes times and I'm pretty sure the times are already out for Sept. On our wedding night it is at 10pm, it was also important to me to try and get some pics during Wishes in my wedding dress.

1.Will Randy hold a date for you until you have confirmation you have got the date you want?

Yes he will, just send him an email and im sure he will pencil you in!

2.Sorry if this is a silly question but are you supposed to feed your photographer and videographer?

Depends on how many hours you have them for! We had both of them for around 9 hours. We got them both vendor meals which were around $14

3.Do your photo and video hours all have to be in one go or can you have a gap in between?

We had a slight gap in between that they were ok with (like 30 mins!) if its a long enough gap im sure they will be fine with it!

4.If you hire the limo for your guests can you use the minimum 3 hours seperately(we wanted it to pick our guests up take them to the reception and then drop them off at the end of the evening)?

As far as im aware they are consecutive hours.

5.Can you take your photographer and videographer onto a wishes cruise?

I dont see why not but you might have to contact Disney to check that its allowed.

6.If your having your wedding in the pavillion can you have photos outside(I have seen an arch with views of the castle through it somewhere outside the pavillion) or do you have to book that as a seperate package? Also can you use an outside photographer for this?

Yes, you can use an outside photographer anywhere outside of the parks.

7.Same as question 6 but for the grounds of the GF and inside the GF?

Yes same as above.

8.How long does everything take(ceremony, photos, reception) im trying to plan the day but not sure on timing?

Depends on if your an intimate or custom. Ceremony allow around 1 hour. Photos comes down to each individual!

9.Does anyone know what time wishe swould be on in september and is it definately on every night?(wishes is our favourite thing about WDW and ending the day with the cruise is quite important to us?

Wishes should be on in Sept but not usually every night - i think the times have been released though.

About Wishes....it really just depends on the night. Usually its 9pm or 10pm in Sept. There are some nights in Sept that MK will close at 6pm or 7pm so Wishes will not show those nights. Are you looking at a particular night? If so, let me know what it is and I can tell you want the schedule says.

The down side is he can only hold one date for you, so if you don't get that date you might not get him. I know someone on this board put two deposits down for two different dates to make sure they got him.

That would probably be me then! I had a date in mind, and then a 2nd date as reserve, so I paid Randy $400 deposit to hold both days, from Sept '06 until last week when we got our 2nd choice of date. A plus point is I only have $275 (+ tax) left to pay.

I just checked our info from DFTW for timings, and for our 2:30 vow renewal at the pavilion, it states that the Ceremony is 2:30 - 3:30 (this includes photo's inside and outside the pavilion) and the Reception is 3:30 - 4:00. Hope this helps!
