I'm leaning towards buying a 50 point contract at BLT (to add on to our WLV & BWV). I forget the minimum amount of points Disney will finance for you, and if we pay closing cost? Sorry, it's been a while, and the DVC website is down. Thanks for your help!

Unless there's been a change I missed, Disney will finance a 50-point add-on. But now (as of last week), they no longer pay closing costs, so you will have to pay them. HTH

I missed the no longer paying closing costs for add-on's! Is that add-on's under a certain point value or is that ANY add-on regardless of number of points?

It appears to be for any add on. It doesn't sound like it is a lot and they hae recently added a $4/ppt discount to some of the resorts at the 50 point level so it sounds like its added, but since they are giving discounts again at the lower level, it is almost a wash.

10%. If you have a Disney Visa, any amount (up to $10,000) you put on that for a DVC purchase will qualify for 6 months, 0% interest.

We added on 30 points in August and just paid for it this month!!!
