4. The CM behind the counter at tangerines has the final say. Depending on who you get at the cash register, you may or may not get the frozen drink. Also sometimes you may or may not get the bottle of water. As for the dessert, sometimes you get what they have too much of (chocolate cake), sometimes you get what you want. (Tangerine is not my favourite restaurant, I find everything is too bland, however my neice says it is the best place at Epcot)
5. Give your children their own Q&C for the BC, there might be enough to share but the enjoyment comes from getting the whole shebang.
