I have been trying for 2 days to place our preorder for BOG lunch and I keep getting this message. Is anyone else having this problem? I've even tried on 4 different devices/computers and used google chrome and safari.

Have you tried an Incognito window in Chrome? Sometimes that's the only way I can get the WDW website to work. Also, try clearing your browsing data.
