Sorry for all the trip planning forums I create. I was trying to be naughty and persuade my mum to do South Africa. But we have decided to go to California. My sister lives there. Has anyone stayed at Fairmont Ghildelli Square? (my apologies if this question has been asked before and more apologies if it was asked by @AdamEfimoff !!!!) I am turning 30 next year. I love fine food Michelin starred dining, and cultural attractions

Never stayed at that hotel but at other hotels in the area. One of the top restaurants in the US , Gary Danko's , is a few blocks away. There is the art museum in Golden Gate Park ( not within walking distance). If you haven't already checkout www.TripAdvisor.com for some info .
