Can anyone tell me if you can have any starter, main course and dessert in the restaurants if you choose half-board, or is there a restricted choice?

Depending on the restaurant you may be given a special half board menu which normaly has a choice of three starters, main courses and deserts. If they do not take your fancy ask to see the A La Carte menu. You can then pick and choose and pay the differance. DW and I did this during our last visit using half board plus vouchers with no problems.
