He needs to set up his own MDE account and attach his tickets to it.
It needs to be done before 30 days before his first day in the park.
You/he must wait until 30 days before his first day in the park to make his FP+ reservations.
Then, they can only be made one-day-at-a-time, as each day becomes 30 days in advance.

You'd "invite" him to join your friends and family in your MDE account.
You could then (at 30 days before) try to copy your FP+ to his name.
If that does't work for all of your FP+, you can try to make his FP+ timing "close" to yours
so that there is an overlap in the FP window(s.) You could all go into the FP queue
during that overlapped timing.

Many details, logistics, and FP+ priorities found HERE.

Thank you very much Robo, that is exactly the info I was looking for. So overwhelming , my brother is not a disney fan and thinks I have lost my mind making reservations for restaurants 6 months out, lol let alone planning what time we will be on a ride. Trying to make this as easy as possible, without scaring him away completely.
