The Disney site is always hit-or-miss (mostly miss) for me. Last night when I was trying to book CR for 9/14 and buy MNSSHP tickets, the website kept giving me error messages and the call center was slammed. I gave up and figured I'd try again in the morning. Before I picked up the phone to call this morning I figured I'd try it online once more for the heck of it, and it went right through easily, no problems. Color me shocked! I was glad to avoid a 30-minute phone call too.
I ordered maps two nights ago. It took forever to download, and I thought it wasn't going to work, but it did say that it was successful and I'd get my maps in 2-3 weeks.
Try Tofu's advice and go with a different browser. I've had to do that before with this site and AAA site especially.
I don't know if this was a fluke or not, but that was happening to me when I tried to log in on their site, so I clicked the option at the top of the main page that said "view low band-width site", and after i clicked that I no longer had that problem. Just a possibility, goodluck!
I finnally got it to work! I switched onto "View high band width site" and it worked!! I should be getting them in 2-4 weeks, hopefully they will be here before our trip!
