Son has milk allergy

I will be traveling with a 2yo and almost 5yo when we go. The eldest child has a cow's milk sensitivity/allergy and is on the autistic spectrum. My eldest is a picky eater.

Are the chicken nuggets and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches milk free in all locations or does it vary?
