Son Got a Wish

Just back from a week at WDW. I took DD to see Ariel in the Grotto at MK and DH waited with DS(5) near the carousel. When we got back, a member of the Dream Team (Nancy) was talking with them. Nancy asked what my son's favorite ride was, and he said "Small World." So she took him to the ride and he got to be the Cruise Director. He got to stand up in the control booth and wave to the people as they got on the boat - and she announced his name and that he was getting a "dream" moment. He loved it. Then we got a boat to ourselves and he got a certificate.

My daughter decided to be shy so did not participate.

Another day, I was taking DD through the turnstiles at Epcot and she was in a princess dress, and the CM at the stroller rental asked "the princess" for her autograph. She autographed the book and the CM gave her a smaller certificate for a princess.

Congratulations! I would have loved seeing your DD's face when the CM ask for her autograph. I bet she was beaming. Thanks for sharing.

Yeah-a! That's what it's all about!!! And your LUCKY kids will remember that trip forever! Congrat's and thanks for posting your "dreams" granted.
I have a DS5, wishing and hoping we get a dream on our March trip!
