somewhat of an EE question

I admire your dedicated research. A couple of items to to correct:

- Storybook Land Boats, Casey's Train & Small World aren't open during EE. (So yes they can be ridden the first hour AFTER EE.)

I should have noted that in my OP. Thats why they're slated for 8+am riding :thumbsup2

- My experience was that Snow White was much easier to ride (in other words, hardly ever a line) than Pinocchio or the Carousel (after EE).

Thanks for the heads up! I will be sure to swap Pinocchio and Snow White in my ride order itinerary. :thumbsup2

At 59 minutes after EE opens, someone should be (in line to) pick up a FP's for the family at SM or Indy. Then meet up with you at Casey/IASW or whatever.

Preparing for the flames here.... but... we are actually not planning on riding SM at all this trip! Our DD5 and DS6 are too young and my parents are joining us but they are pretty timid - so we didn't feel the need to make it a point to ride. And, thanks for the Indy advice... we are actually doing Adventureland on Friday but Ridemax doesn't have me going for fastpasses until 10am (most likely due to our park location) but now you have me thinking, will Indy be out of fp's by 10am? Or, what will the return times be at 10?:scared:

Thanks Hound for your informative and helpful posts!:teacher:

I would pick up Indy FPs as early as possible on your Adventureland/Frontierland day. We had a similar day. Picked up FP for Indy at gate opening (for us it was 9am) with a 45 min. return. Allowed us to pick up another one (at Splash) at 9:50am. If you wait till 10am to pick up an Indy FP (on an 8am opening) you'll likely have a 2 hour wait for your next FP pickup. (for Splash or BMTR)

Regarding timid 6 y/o. I have a timid 8 y/o, so i agree. SM (& possibly even Indy) could be scary. Also, with those ages, definitely pencil in Pirate's Lair, Jungle Cruise & the Jedi Training (& of course tons of others). If you don't have my thread on Jedi, let me know & I'll post. It was a highlight for DS (also known as Jedi Alec :) ). A great event for the 5 y/o - 10 y/o set.

Have a great trip & say hello to Senor Toad for me. :jumping2:

I'd love the jedi thread! MY DS hasn't put much concern into what we do while at DL, but he is always the easy going one. But whats funny is my DD must have more of my personality and so the other night she took the park map we have and was going through it asking me what each and every attraction was "so we dont miss good things". She ran across Jedi and got really excited - for her brother:scared1: She said "Dad. We HAVE TO go there so Ty can fight Dark Vader. He has to do it!" And she brought it up every day since. She doesnt even want to participate personally (she'd rather be sure to be at the princess faire) but she is convinced this is the one thing her brother must accomplish.

As far as Indy goes, they both want to ride it but as of 2 days ago they were only 44 inches tall. So we need a magical growth spurt before Thursday/Friday to ride Indy. Does California by any chance help people appear larger than they really are?

Thanks for the fp tips!
