Hi Kimmy!
Just a quick comment on cruises, both for you and the PP that was talking about motion sickness.
My aunt went on both the 3 day and the 7 day cruises. She didn't get seasick on the 3 day, but on the 7 day she was in bed for two days because she felt so sick.
I went on the 3 day last year and felt just fine, although my sister in law felt a bit queasy on the first night.
I am not saying that AT ALL to discourage you, just to keep in mind. She finally got the seasickness patch (don't know what it's called) at a port of call and felt MUCH better.
She asked one of the crew later why she would feel so differently on the 7 day vs 3 day, and they told her it's because on the 3 day, you are not going that fast and you are in a pretty small geographic area, not too far from Florida. But on the 7 day, you are going faster AND in more open water, so that can affect some people much more than shorter cruises.
Just my 2 cents.
But keep telling us your plans - we love to hear them! My aunt and uncle and their kids are going on the Mediterranean cruise in 2011 and I am thinking about packing myself in their suitcase.
