...and I'm buying!!

Am I the only one that doesn't want "free" dining? I'd rather have a deeper room discount, buy my own food, and not be overwhelmed by crowds in the restaurants. Maybe I'm just scrooge though.

Hey, I'll take Tom AND the drinks.   Also, tried to access my reservation at waltdisneyworld.com and the site is acting wiggity whack!! LOL!

I really would rather have a room only code. I can get tickets from a discount ticket center, eat breakfast and one meal in the room with one meal at the park, and my vacation becomes alot more affordable! Not to mention all the regulations that come with packages. I worry about the influx of crowds as well. This will be the first time I'm going during a busy time. Can't take DS out of high school.

Well gang. I guess I will be logging off for the night. DD has finals in the AM and I will need to be able to wake her up in the morning. I will be checking first thing. Hope to see something really good!!!

Good Luck to all who are waiting!

I know it's hard to be patient, but details cannot be shared until the "go ahead" comes as no one wants to give information that they were specifically asked NOT to do.

I will hint that some of what has been posted could be true--and it will likely be a package offer, not a room only offer. (am I clear as mud?) :rotfl2:

Seriously though, something seems to be coming and coming soon--watch the DIS Discounts page for updates as all details will appear there as soon as they can be released. Nothing is official YET.

Me too. I'm an AP holder and am not interested in the dining plan this trip. I just want a room only discount for May!

Thanks, Sue Ellen. Would it be wise to wait another 34 minutes or so or go to bed and check early?

And would it be considered a "package" if you already have a room booked & then add park tickets or do you have to do all that at once?

You can change from room only to a package

Ok, I'm excited, and been watching this thread.... it's 12:01 am.. I'm going to sleep and hoping something pops up soon....

Nite all!... Hoping for august again this year!:laundy:

I was just looking at the weatherchannel.com for Orlando for our upcoming Jan/Feb trip and saw a new ad that I have not seen before. It has pinochio and says:

6nights/7 days at a select disney value resort $561 per adul. double occupancy includes theme park tickets and upgrades. For a standard room most nights 4/15-6/02/07 book by february 18. There is a link to click, but it will not open on my computer:

http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/wd...ng?id=Q307OfferPage&CMP=BAC-WDWQ3AFY07Dom1010

Just saw another mickey one this time on Weather Channel and it talked about the free ticket upgrade offer. It is the same offer as the pinnochio. If you don't get the disney offer just keep refreshing it and it will come up, you can see the details.

I am assuming this is new, but I may be mistaken and it is not.

I was just trying to get into that too and could not. It says upgraded ticket offer, book by 2/18 for 4/15-6/2!!!

We have decided to do a week at Beach Club and then the week cruise next year instead of a week this year and one next. Maybe I can squeeze a week in this year too.:yay:
