I also knew NOTHING about WDW, found out that I was totally an idiot for not knowing it, that the whole hotel/DVC/onsite/offsite thing was as big a socially based phenomena as America itself!

I never dreamed it could be considered un-neighborly to not want other people's kids playing in your yard. I'm still surprised by that.

Isn't that the truth!? My gosh. I first came here in '99. I didn't know there were prices other than rack rates, didn't know about dining plans or free dining, didn't know people planned everything so far in advance, knew so little and didn't even know it. I think I've learned a lot since then.

Actually I really only meet women at work because I RARELY socialize since I came to Ga. I'm sure I'd know more if I associated with women at church or at my son's school.

I never knew you could lease a cow in Switzerland.

Oh my I was going to say the same things. And I did google the second one. I wish I hadn't. I thought everyone but me knew about the dog's paws and leasing a cow in Switzerland. Glad to know I'm not alone.

The pool hopping was also new to me. I guess I just would have never thought to go to another hotel's pool.

People have 8th grade graduation parties and have to apply to get into high school and do not go to a school by where they live.
