I was on at 1201 am at 60 day mark and no/none/nada FP's were available for electrical parade for whole week, but E&A were, as were, wishes and SDMT so me thinks Disney is up to something. called twice was told by CM she could not even over ride systems to make FP ressies for it. Does anybody know what's up?????? That was what I stayed up for after having surgery the same day, which was not fun for me:mad:

I had a hard time getting MSEP as well. It took me two weeks of checking & adding FP one by one for my party. Good luck!

I finally got Fps for MSEP yesterday about 25 days out. I was online at midnight too and I think I saw one day that had it but it was taken within minutes. We are only going 5 days so people going for 10 days had a 5 day head start.

They don't always open parades and fireworks at the 60 day mark for some reason. It may open later.

I thought I read once upon a time that FPs for parades didn't show up until closer to your arrival date?

I don't believe the parades/fireworks are ever available at 60 days out. Sorry you are disappointed

I just don't understand the need for a FP for a parade that is held on the street. I have seen MSEP a dozen times and never needed a FP for it. All I had to do was stand there and watch it go by me. :confused3

I always have a hard time getting a spot and when I do people always try to ease in front of me. about got into with a pregnant lady last time trying to wiggle her way in front of me. I was like no you don't and lean into the area she was trying to get, you would have thought I was trying to kill her, but she moved back. and when parade started I let her son up in front of me. but not her and her 10 family members I am 5' 1" tall so if anyone is in front of me I can't see ,except if its kids.:jumping2::jumping2:me trying to see parade

I was on at 60 day and never saw a FP for MSEP, Wishes, or FoF. I think they go quick.

Been pretty status quo from what I have read.

There are places along the route, from beginning to end, where no one seems to go. You are up front, close and actually see it better and longer then others do. I am not going to say where they are because I don't want to lose my spot, but, if you look around you will find it. Those are all the clues that I am going to give.:)

I just read somewhere else that they aren't showing up available at 60 days out right now for some reason for either parade. The post I read thought it was possibly a glitch that would correct itself at some point.

It seems like it is getting harder and harder to find good spots and I have no desire to site for along time ahead of time. For us, I got them for the night we arrive since we will be getting to the park around 5pm or so anyway. My plans for the evening were to do at least the parade and fireworks after we ate dinner.

Grab a spot in Frontierland or in front of Hall of Presidents, about 30 min. before the parade. If you're there on a Saturday or another busy day, make it 45 min. You'll have the parade right in front of you, maybe the best view you ever got.

I only have one shot at MSEP and Wishes since my week is covered up in MVMCP. If I get a spot in Frontierland for the parade how hard will it be for me to move somewhere to view Wishes? And where would one go?

This is almost my last thing to figure out before I start my packing. Last two times we have stayed near hub after parade and we were just too close to the castle for good fireworks viewing. I remember being back by Casey's in 2003 and that was perfect. But, not sure now with hub construction how that would be as a parade viewing spot??

AFAIK that's not true anymore - they are now available at 60 days out with all of the other FPs.

I don't know if that statement is true.

Right now the uk website showing FP+ availability shows FP for Festival of Fantasy available on every day from January 2 through January 8 but no availability from the ninth through the 19th. The reverse would be more expected in my book.

Similarly for MSEP, January 4, 5, 8, and 10 are available but the parades on the following dates are "unavailable": 11th, 13th, 16, 17, 18, and 19 as well as all the other dates with MSEP parades in this supposedly quieter month of January.

My 60 day window to look doesn't start for another 2-3 days so I can't look myself and vouch for that thedibb.co.uk website but earlier discussion on this board made it seem like it had info that was somewhat accurate or trustworthy
