Something I saw at Disney REALLY got me mad!

I meant to mention this sooner, but with Christmas arriving so fast after my trip, I never got a chance to. What I saw made me so mad I wanted to start jumping up and down right then and there!

We went to the Fantasmic show on our last evening there. We were pretty far down to the front so there was a bit of a wait to get out. As I was standing on the steps, I glanced over to the seats of the arena. I was dumbfounded when I saw the PILES AND PILES of trash that people had left behind! Food, wrappers, drink containers, napkins....you name it! The team of Disney's santitation workers arrived while we were still waiting to get out...trash bags and brooms in hand. I thanked the woman who was close to where I was, telling her I appreciated all her hard work and told her my opinions of these slobs (loud enough so that if any were in ear shot, they'd hear me!). The woman just smiled and thanked me, never commenting on the horrible mess they had to deal with. I don't think I would of been able to be that calm facing that!!

I know what you mean, I get so mad when I see people sit on a bench eating a snack and then leaving their wrapper or cup right there! Geesh! You go there to get the magic, but how hard is it to give a little of the magic back to the castmembers and pick up after yourself!

at the Dolphin ......and I had gone to the restaurant for some cold drinks ......I walked past the room next to us and I gasped cause I could not believe the mess that was in this room......the poor housekeeper had to call in her supervisor to help her...dirty diapers all over the place.....food and popcorn all over the floor........I told her I could not believe it.......and she said......this is the worse one she had ever done.......she had been there for six years......I said this is a pig....

It makes me mad when I see people do this anywhere. The movies is one of the worst places for it. I don't think it would really kill people to take their garbage to the trash can, you have to walk right by it on the way out.

Ya gotta wonder if their house is that messy. I aways make my children pick up after themselves. People look @ us weird when they are cleaning up their trash @ the movies.

My thoughts exactly!! And you do really have to commend Disney on how clean they do keep everything! Its really amazing!! I wonder if these people know that their work is appreciated by some.

I feel the same way every time I am leaving a movie. Is it really that hard to pick up your own trash??

I noticed all the trash left behind last time we were at Fantastmic, too. Yuck.

Makes you want to grab some snacks and drinks and go to their house... after you are done, stand up and walk out... leaving everything right where you dropped it...

I see that mess every single time after a parade or a show like fantasmic, the most that we have waiting for a parade is a drink but I see people with FULL MEALS eating on the curve and then after the parade is over, where do you think they leave it?? right on the ground! it's disgusting!
