I have Burning Love by Elvis when my husband calls.
I just added Its 5 o'clock somewhere by Alan Jackson and that will be anytime my parents call from one of there numbers. (that way I can hear it more since they call more than anyone else other than my husband)
I have ACDC Thunderstruck (which was my original for all calls) for all my other calls.

When my wife calls I get "Simply Irresistible", but for everybody else it is just an old timey phone. I'm thinking of changing my custom ring from DW to "I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus" for the season. When I call her, she hears the Mojito commercial song, "The Muddle", mainly cause she like to groove to it a little... and I like her grooving a little!

My ringtone is "Yo Ho Yo Ho A Pirate's Life for me" for most people but when my hubby calls it plays the Evil Emporer's theme from Star Wars. When he calls my kids always shout "the emporer's calling!"
