Almost everyone seems to get the steak but some recent reports say they may not be using the greatest cuts of meat lately. (Lots report its fab though, but who knows, they could be saving money during free dining LOL!)

I was thinking of getting the beef kabob if it is still on the menu for appet (anyone know?) and then a non-steak entree might be appealing. Any recomendations for the runner up selections if you don't want steak for your entree?

Thanks.

The salmon is pretty darn tasty. :)

The shrimp pasta was very good when we had it in May.

Of course, nothing could be better than the mushroom risotto.

I had the roast pork tenderloin with the sweet potato puree. It was very good. The beef kabob was good, too. :)

My choices:
Beef and Barley Soup
Calgary Maple Barbecue Chicken Sandwich (without the slaw ans ask for french fries

Another vote for the salmon, had this in August, on top of a skillet of maple spoonbread! The salmon was great, the spoonbread TERRIFIC!!

Another vote for the Calgary Maple Barbecue Chicken sandwich - YUM! :thumbsup2

I have had the Free Range Chicken (cast iron-seared over cream cheese mashed potatoes, string beans and mushroom sauce) and it was DELICIOUS! I wasn't a big fan of the mushroom sauce and would probably get the meal without the sauce next time - but the chicken and mashed potatoes were absolutely fabulous!! :thumbsup2

last trip we dined there for lunch and of course DH had steak but I opted for the crab roll and cheese soup combo. The roll was FANTASTIC. Not sure if it is available for dinner.
