With 2 small children in the next room... yeah... that would be a bad thing.

I gave up tequila after I changed shirts with a complete stranger at the door of a club in front of the door cop, bouncer, and cover charge guy (as well as everyone else in line).

I did get in for free, however.

heck, they ought to be tucked in soon

And I did do one more thing today. I fixed spaghetti for dinner. Someone else can clean it up!

Me too! Only I added lots of leftover roasted chicken to my sauce. . .oh yeah, I sliced some fresh mushrooms and threw those in. Yumm, yumm! I didn't even miss the garlic bread Added a salad and now I'm stuffed

DH and I used to go for an adult's only weekend every year over his birthday. We usually had at least one other couple with us and went to Lake of the Ozarks. There was a tequila bar there, on the lake, called. . . appropriately. . . Tequilaville. They had this blue tequila that was kept in one of those freezie machines. . . $10 a shot. DH, who doesn't drink more than about 6-7 drinks a year, liked to get a shot with a worm. . yes, with a worm. They take a syringe and suck one of this little white nasties out of this little bottle full of worms. . . so anyone can do a worm. . .yyyuuuuuukkk. . . . and he and the bar owner do birthday shots. It's just the nastiest thing! There's also a bar on the lake called Minnows. . .and yes, you can get a minnow shot. . .they swim around in the shot. . . eeeewwwwww. We've never actually done one of those. Man do I have some drunken friends stories from those nights.

Just declaring. I seldom drink when my children are around. They have an uncle that is alcoholic so I don't like to do it in front of them. I will however drink a margarita or two at margaritaville.

Off to workout....prolly won't be back for 1.5 hrs....hopefully....

Still alive here .

Had another busy weekend . Finally got all the curtains up and well now we have to just hang some pictures .I got to get Dh to patch up the wall in one spot too.

DH not in love with our SNB either right now. It seems that when you buy it they don't tell you the numbers may vary by up to 15 points while you are sleeping. So DH had it set at 50 to try it and well it went down to 45 and he had a back ache today So he is slightly grumpy today . As for me I It . I am usually the one with the bad back and have had mine set a little too soft too but I know that I should be at 50 to start and go down from there . I guess it is true that you really need a few weeks to get use to the bed. Still keeping it as of now though . But if DH is still grumpy he may kill me and send me out with the bed .


So the DH that was grumpy suprised me with my Birthday Gift Today . . He got me my Cricut Expressions and well if you scrapbook you know what it is . If not it is a cutting machine for scrapbookers and well card makers , kids projects etc. You get the picture. I really love DH right now .

Me neither. . . I don't drink much at home just cuz I think it's boring. I'm basically a social drinker. I can toss em with the best. . . but it's only fun for me when I'm not at home. I don't really relax when drinking, so maybe that's it. My kids have seen me have a few, but that's it. They associate me drinking with alot of people and parties. They have not, however, ever seen intoxia. . hic. . cated.

Heck that was a hard hit!

Yeah. . .heard dh yell. . .looked up at ole Jeff was SMASHING the wall. He's ok too. Does anyone else have a husband who cranks it up?? My dh feels the need to do that EVERY TIME they have crank it up. . . and I mean he cranks it up. He was sitting right next to me and yelling and I couldn't hear him. The kids came running and the dog started barking and his collectibles were vibrating and all hello was breaking loose. . . plus the windows were open to the balmy 70 degree evening He goes "just like being there". I said not it's not. . that's WAY lounder than being at the track

For whoever picked Tony Stuart. . .he's toast. He crashed hard and had to be assisted from his car to the infield care center. He hit hard yesterday in the Nationwide series as well.

He's ok , but done for the day.

The COT is down right dangerous on the Vegas track. They were closing in on 200 mph during the practices!

They are probably going to have to make it a restrictor plate race to keep the speeds down, but I don't know if that will help with the drifting and sliding these guys are doing in the turns.

Barb, a bunch of guys got speeding penalties (driving too fast in pit row). There are VERY FEW left on the lead lap.
