Dear Brother,

My friends in a box said sure, Lawrence can come. That will be 10000 cash to cover aggravation and expenses.
My being chosen the third time over like leftovers?
PRICELESS.

Love,
Your Brother Lawrence

My DD has a nun for art class and well I think the kids are :scared1: scared of her . My daughter has never been to Catholic school before HS so it was a really big adjustment to see Nuns in the school.
Does anyone remember in Catholic grammer school getting hit with a ruler on the nuckles ? :scared: . That is child abuse now boy have times changed .
Mary, I worked with Penguins(nuns)for 3 yrs, at a nursing home on graveyard shift. I worked as an RN supervisor graveyard shift. Sister Maureen was the director of nursing. She was always nasty towards me. I did survive with her for 3 yrs. She was cranky with me b/c I made some overtime pay that I deserved and she didn't like that and she was always perfectionistic about everything  She was a real pain, but I guess we got along :confused3

Hi to all-
Sorry been MIA and I can't seem to catch-up. You guys are too chatty as usual ;)
Been in my own little world again, also trying to get things done and doing shopping, etc.
Wed's night class musical program went well with the kids :thumbsup2
They did a musical of radio stuff thru the decades called "On the Radio". Matthew was a little ham! He did dancing and singing to "YMCA". He played the construction worker- from the Village People.

Ok, gotta run and I have to get the kids off the bus now.

Barb brought it to our attention that when a storm is in the forecast, it makes people crave french toast. At least, we think it makes people crave french toast, because they drop everything and run to the store to buy milk, eggs, and bread.

And french toast must give some people tummy issues because many of them buy toilet paper too. :confused3

:rotfl:

Very clever, Barb! Same thing seems to happen, during a hurricane warning. Never can figure out what they're going to do with that milk & eggs, when they're power goes out. :confused3

Well....she can give the details, and if you don't want to hear them, you can

[size"3"]are you sure you have NO spaces in your sig...not even at the top? seems like you have plenty of room :confused3 Start at the very top and put NO spaces...and don't hit the 'enter' key on your keyboard either ;) [/SIZE]

I tried going back & removing spaces, but it won't let me change anything. When I try, I lose the gifs.

are any of you baseball fans?

if so, please tell me what team.

thanks!

Sorry to say that my team is consistently the worse, or among the worst, teams in the league. You can probably guess who it is, w/o me having to tell you. :sad2:

there are a number of consistently BAD teams in baseball.

which is yours?

let me guess, Kansas city, Washington or....Baltimore

Well gang...the weekend is finally here! It was close to 86 today and pretty humid...felt like April.

musings.......

it is snowing out, you cannot see the pavement, yet people drive faster

making a cup of tea in the nuker does NOT mean 1000 degree water.....

eating a bag of chocolate chex mix means you aint hungry no more.

we have gained 1 hour and 59 minutes of daylight.

1 week to the tanning start date. or should i say, one week until penny takes 6 months to get a base tan!

I got *one* job lead, as a chiro office asked for a resume to be faxed.

And a few FL Hospital locations are hiring (I'd take almost any position, seriously).

This eve I'm going with my stepmom to the nearby mall. Maybe some of the stores are hiring, but I don't think retail is my forte--TARGET said I don't meet their qualifications. :confused3

must give DH credit....his observations :confused3 I know you guys stock up on ice and dry ice when a "himacane" is coming....either that, or start eating what's in the fridge
