Marcie - you could do southwest from chicago to Manchester and than Albany to Chicago for the trip home.
I did just check this out after reading your post and it's an interesting idea. Only problem is with the rental car - priced out about $200 more than just renting a car out of Boston, or about $150 more than one out of Alb. Obviously more limited in your options as to companies since many I checked out told me it wasn't possible between those two locations. I will keep an eye on this though when SW releases their new fares. Right now they're comparable in price and I'd rather fly out of Milwaukee and not go to Chicago on this end if I could!
Or, you could fly into Portland and visit me! Forget about the relatives! Boston is less than two hours and Killington about 3 1/2.
Let's just go with this idea instead! Screw the inlaws!

God Bless that gal..........
I shall try to tread lightly to protect any thin-skinners.
; could you subtract 20 years off my age too?

Congrats!!!! Way to whip 'em!!!
But, sounds like the best thing for the puppy....sometimes it's hard to do the right thing and it hurts like crazy.... But that dog has had a long, good life.... 16/17 years is quite an accomplishment
