Here is a quick lesson for you. Find the image that you want to upload. Then right click on it and click on properties. Then copy where it says address.
Then come back here and click your reply button and then click the little photo thingy which is a yellow square with a mountain and sunshine
Then just paste what you copied.

Looks like you tried to upload something off your computer and not off the internet. The process only works if the picture is already online somewhere.
