... yes it's still Winter here too

Rob/Andy ... IF you wait until October and make your trip then, there is HHN and rather than going solo you'll have all of us to help you celebrate your birthday (granted you won't get free admission though) ... and you'll have more time to save $$$ for souvies ... but ultimately the choice is up to you ... keep in mind though you did feel bummed because you didn't get to see HHN last year

Have been trying to convince hubby to do Uni in July/August or December. Using Birthday deals for part of the time at Disney. He's still not seeing the light.

After the disaster the last time booking through AAA, I vowed never again with them. So, I got this email from an agent,Celeste, would be her name, that solely books out of her home from Pittsburgh. She says she's the queen of Disney/Univeral--knows everything.

So...I called her at the beginning of February and said this is what I can get with the 4/3 deal. Can you do better? And some other questions that I already knew the answer to from these boards, but she said, are you ready for this..."That the DISBOARDS do NOT know everything..." She was to call me back by 1 pm 4 weeks ago because she knew she could give me a better deal than what I was getting by myself. I'm still waiting.

mj - the AAA agents ive talked to in 2 different offices in PIT area didn't impress me either...one insisted we're qualified for military rates on DCL when i know we r not (not active or retired) . Your man needs to see the light!

So, I can kiss days off goodbye for a while. My chiro office offered me a 3 days/wk job. I said yes. Now I have to alter my schedule at Universal to work 4 days there & 3 at the office.
