I'm with ya!! Just finished shovelling AGAIN...seems it happens every day now. I'd be quite happy if I didn't see another flake this year.

Oh well, good thing I head to Florida on Thursday!!

It was so warm here this morning. It was +4C when I checked around 7 am this morning. Then I saw the flash freeze warning. It got colder and colder as the day progressed. Supposed to get down to -17 or -25 with windchill. The good news is that they are saying on Friday its going to be +9!!!!! If that happens, I'll try to send some of it east...but not all of it!!

Agreed, Though with the melt from the other day I can now see the top of my BBQ, LOL.

Today my daughter came down in a sundress and short leggings. I had to remind her that we were not in Disney yet and it was -12 and she needed to dress warmer.

I thought it was bad when our fire hydrant got covered. But, I figured I'd just dig it back out, no biggie. Then, both the fire hydrant and the tall yellow thing pointing out the fire hydrant got covered...

The snow on our back deck is almost up to the door handle today
School was cancelled.
Chicken soup on the stove.

Ugh.

I'm going to go pack some more...maybe inhaling sunscreen will help

It is sunny here right now, but lots of ice cause of warming then getting cold. Suppose to be 10+ on friday but then calling for 10+cms of snow monday. I can't take anymore snow I am so done.

There's talk of 10-20 cm here on Monday.. and then some monster storm on the 25th. Which happens to be the day we fly out
We all know how unpredictable those weather predictions can be..but I'll be watching the forecast like a hawk this week. The second I get any hint that it could interfere with our flights I'll add a day or two and leave early. It will hurt the wallet..but I am NOT getting stuck and unable to fly out of here.

Seriously, we haven't had this much "accumu-stay-lation" (you know, snow that stays all winter, no rain or warm days to get rid of it) in a loooong time.

We had winds of 90 to 100 km's an hour all night last night and day today. IT was warmer yesterday, but colder today. Rained all through the night, washed away half of our snow, in Northern Ontario, I can see grass! But it was windy enough it took power lines down, and we had about 8 hours with now power, and it got cold in here!
