Someone pinch me,this trip must have been a dream UPDATED 7/9/10 Boats at the Poly

Loving the report! I can't believe that you learned to sew just before this trip. Those outfits are amazing! The "before" Cinderella outfit was the cutest idea. Now that I just sat and read all of this I can't remember if you said- did you take a sewing class or just learn on your own?

Anyway, your daughter is adorable! Can't wait to read more.

Oh thank you.... there are many many more outfits to come, I made her 24 outfits for the trip. No, no sewing class.... I learned a lot from the disboutiquers thread and the patterns from Youcanmakethis.com are just like taking a sewing class, they are very detailed with lots of pictures. The rest I kinda learned with trial and error. One of these days I would love to take a sewing class, but while DH is in Iraq it is tough to find a class and a babysitter in the evenings (I work full time).

i've been having fun reading your TR. You guys have had quite a trip! Your autograph book sounds fun. Did you make it or buy it? If you bought it, would you mind telling me where? :confused3 We leave in 2 1/2 weeks and still don't know what to do with ours.:scared1:

Here is the autograph book I bought:

I got it from the seller timelessjourney on etsy. I just gave her a list of character pages I wanted and she asked me a few questions about what I wanted/needed the book to look like. It came out very nice... I will snap some pictures of it tonight if I get a few minutes.

Thanks Miranda! I checked out her listings and they look nice but I would love to see pics of yours to get a better idea! Did it hold up pretty well and will it continue to hold up after you put pics in it and Taylor looks at it over and over again? Just curious since I will have to buy two of them!

I followed your T/R over from the disboutiquers thread (I'm a lurker mostly) haven't posted in MONTHS, but wanted to say that I LOVE your report so far, I can't wait to read all the details :)

Taylor is absolutely ADORABLE... but you probalby didn't need to be told that :)

Loving your trippie so far!! :thumbsup2 Sounds like you guys were having a really great time. I love your DDs outfits. What fabulous interaction at 1900 PF and how cool the step-sisters recognized you the next day! Definitely Disney magic! :goodvibes

Great update! I love that the CM "rednecked" your Splash Mountain photo! :lmao: Taylor looks gorgeous all Cinderellafied!

I thought Taylor's hair looked really good before she even went into BBB. I would not have made much of an effort for my dd if I were taking her to BBB. :rotfl2:

Having lots of fun reading your TR.

I also followed the link from disboutique thread. I can't believe you made her 24 outfits. I just started sewing and managed to do 3 shirts for dd (2 were just Mickey head appliques) and 1 mickey applique for ds. Your work looks like you have been sewing for ages.

OMGosh, I am LOVING your TR. First I have to tell you there is NO such thing as TOO many pictures!!! Hahahaha...I am a photo freak too. I love all your pictures of Taylor!!!! She is such a cutie pie!! Ohh and I just love the interaction she had with the Tremaines!!! LOL...I have a feeling that is NOT the last we hear about them! Hahahaha.

And I loved the cake and now the chocolate slipper. Yummy.....

Looking forward to the next part and MANY MANY MORE PICTURES!!!!

I was wondering what your DH thought of all that glitter! My DH didn't care for being covered in glitter last time we went. We have two DD's so we had glitter everywhere after buying those dresses. Everyone was teasing my DH about being covered in pixie dust.

What kind of camera do you have? It seems to take very clear close up pics.

HAHA yeah once he realized how covered in it he was, he was not real thrilled with all that glitter!

My camera is a Nikon D40 SLR.... it is the one taking the best pictures. Some of my pictures were taken on my husband's Olympus Stylus 850 SW (I used this at the waterparks and whenever it was raining) Also some were taken on my old camera when my battery died... it is a Olympus FE280. I also swiped a few pictures from my sister's camera, they aren't as clear though... I still need to get copies of my mom's pictures too.

Awww that is sweet of you, but really I made no effort to her hair that morning, just pulled it into a pony tail. I thought her air looked a bit wild, but that is sweet that you thought I fixed it.

Love, love, love the report!!! You have such an adorable family!!! Can not wait to see more of taylor's outfits!!! So far they are awesome!!!

My girls seem to think glitter are living beings that run off to hide, live, and make glitter babies in our house~! I have no idea how but out of the blue suddenly I see one of the boys is covered in glitter- and I KNOW the girls have not worn anything even remotely glittery in weeks. So they'll say to me "Uh oh, glitter babies are coming out to play!"

Hi; loving the day w/ the VIP guide; I'm glad Dee took your camera for the carousel ride; that first pic of Taylor in front of the castle laughing is one of my faves from your trip so far!
