The guys in front of us actually apologized for blocking our faces. We understood as the little girl was a little nervous so they were doing all they could to make it easier for her. We were fine.

Absolutely love your dark photos! I bought a Nikon d5200 for Christmas and I'm getting so frustrated of the quality of photos I'm getting I understand aperture and ISO and shutter speed and all the other terminology and how each effects another but I can't seem to put it in practice. hopefully I get better at it before my Disney trip.

Thanks! I do run noise control and a few other things in Lightroom. I used to just use the program that came with my camera, and it was ok, but LR is much easier for me to work with. Do you shoot in raw? That helps, although it makes it more work too, after you take the shots! LOL

I think this was the night I saw the CM telling people to walk, so I told him how at school we tell the students to turn around and walk properly. He liked that idea, so I walked with him yelling at people to walk in my teacher's voice. He kept laughing with me and he told me that I needed a yellow vest too... but I already have one, we use them for outdoor supervision!

We got back to POR, got off at our stop and hopped into bed. I slept alone, in the little Murphy bed, and found it chilly enough as there was only a sheet. I think the other nights, I would wear my towel on top of it too. LOL We don't keep the AC very cold either.

I got French toast and strawberries for breakfast. K got a breakfast platter (I think he liked some) and Q got a bagel. P just wanted hash browns and bacon. We all ate. We had the meal deal thing at SeaWorld like at Busch, so we weren't too worried about what we'd eat.

We wanted to do rides, but I also knew that if we wanted to see penguins, we had to head to Antarctica right away. K is a huge penguin fan. Q loves snowmen. So when they see Snowmen or Penguin Christmas ornaments, they buy them. Last year I came across a snowman WITH a penguin, and yes, I had to give it to them!

No, we weren't worried about the guys. They were really nice, and all through the ride they had been trying to get the little girl to relax. In fact, I think the one in the front splashed her at one point and I tapped the guy in front of me to tell him to tell his friend not to, as it was about a week or 2 after the Pirates incident. EEEK! He did and he thanked me. They were nice people.

Stitch was there since my first trip, I think I would have had to go ask if they sold underpants in the park (have you ever seen Howie Mandel/Regis and Kelly at Tower of Tower in DL? That's another fun video) if I'd been on that, it looks petrifying!

Yes, Manta is a must! I thought the little ride was cute, once, but I don't think I would need to ride it each time, so you're right, it's too bad you need to ride it to go see the penguins.

Thanks! We probably met, I was there! I can't remember when the next one is. I would like to be there, but I'm walking the Camino de Santiago in July/early August, so that depends. No Disney in 2015! EEEK!!!

Ha, nope. Not Shamu Stadium. Sadly, that particular stadium hardly ever gets used. I think I remember they used to do a water skiing show there when I was a kid. That's where I watched the ice skating show and fireworks last December.

Ah the Shamu show. So much bad press. You got some great pictures. I do like the old show better though.

Seaworld sure is a pretty park and your photos capture it beautifully.
