Someone edged our grass and we don't know who!!

Isn't that weird?? Dh was taking the garbage out and came in and said "who edged our grass?"...I said "what are you talking about?"

He took me outside and sure enough....our grass is edged....down both side of the drive, the front side walk, and the side walk leading to the porch!??

I have no idea who would have done this...my one neighbor has a lawn service that comes on Monday...and I saw them on Monday do their grass. The other "yucky" neighbors....well they are just the "yucky neighbors"

Called my dad...but he didn't either. It wasn't like it was awful looking...but have to admit...looks better now!!!

Well, thanks to whoever did it I guess....could have cut the grass while they were at it though!!!

LOL.....it really does bug the heck out of me too!! I will have to ask around if anyone saw anything....

Eros....the grass really doesn't need "major" cutting...but it really helps with those fallen leaves!!! No need to rake!!!

Maybe it was my DH? He's been known to get carried away while doing the yardwork and doesn't know where to quit!

You're kidding?? We live only a half hour south of Boston and no way are we done mowing for the season. We fertilize our lawn regularly, so it keeps growing, right up until it gets REALLY cold out. We usually mow for the last time sometime in early-mid December, then we move the lawn tractor into the back of the shed and bring the snow blower to the front

My DH goes up and down the block when he edges our lawn. It's not hard for anyone to know that it was him because he's been doing it for years, and he likes to edge, so it's like playtime for him.

Was no other lawn edged, just yours?

Lisa, too funny. I know my DH will do that for our neighbors occasionally. Especially after he got a new Ryobi...

My neighbor used to edge the four houses that he could see from his yard so that it would look nice and neat. He used to be very anal about his yard and my DH isn't so he would do ours.

He did ask permission though after about the third time.
