I had it all planned out.... it's all there in my journal....
1 cup of chili on a bed or romaine lettuce with tomato.... 1/4 cup reduced fat cheddar and one T of reduced fat sour cream.
SOMEONE JUST ATE ALL THE LETTUCE! I am not going to the store, but now I feel like my day is shot. My plan is down the tubes.
What do you do when this happens to you?

hee hee! Um, do you have any potatoes around? Even though it's not as low point as lettuce (does lettuce even have points?) you could still probably make yourself a healthy baked potato w/ chili and cheese and not blow your points too much for the day!
