Somehow logged in during site maintenance, all my points gone

I don’t recall them ever going past the 8am booking time with maintenance that started the day before…but maybe I just wasn’t aware.

I'm not sure about what time in the morning it's come up, but I know for sure same hasn't happened lately

Same here, it actually looked to be up at 8am. Notice banner was gone and I could get into make a loan payment. Now the banner is back and everything is inaccessible.

Being in that field I would say something went wrong and they had to roll back.

Ditto, and ditto. It was very cranky while it was up. Something was mis-configured.

I just went to check availability, and on the page where you choose dates, etc., it showed that I have 3 home resorts.

I only have one home resort.

I had a contract at a second home resort, but I sold that contract in 2011. I had a contract at a third home resort, but I sold that contract in 2018. Both of them are showing as current home resorts.

And no, I did not buy any One Time Use points.

When I went to the page which shows my points by contract, that seemed to be correct.

This was at about 10:20 am on Monday 04/14.

I assume it was part of the site maintenance thing.

On my Dashboard I've noticed that even though 2024 is my current UY and 2025 UY would start in October, since I have 0 points they don't even show up. It just shows 2026 and 2027.

I now see a contract that I sold and was gone off my dashboard before. it just reappeared.

I did a quick network analysis of the DVC website and just when the site came back up they did some massive calls to a website called clicktale.net. It seems to be a tool or company who specializes in user behavior, they even offer session replays. I assume that means that whatever we do or click on DVC can later on replay it.

Guess that could be a way to catch those (if any) who uses a bot to book.

however in the last 20min or so the calls have disappeared.

I therefore assume that the maintenance was due to the implementation of this - maybe it will only be active during the early morning hours like 7-9am.
