Bob from Cedar Rapids, Iowa at the Main Street Cinema in the Magic Kingdom -- One of the coolest experiences we've ever had at Disney was running into someone from our hometown on Disney's Main Street. We chatted and swapped stories about the goings-on around town. Bob and I went to rival colleges, so we gave each other a little razzing about that. It was just that final piece of the puzzle that made Disney feel like HOME to us! I really think that was the moment when we realized we'd be back every year -- that Disney has become a home away from home for us in every sense of the word.

Randy at the First Aid Center in the Magic Kingdom -- my daughter got very ill one evening in the park -- severe stomach cramping, crying, out-of-the-blue. We rushed her to the park first aid center and Randy was so helpful. He was great with my DD, gave us some great advice -- and arranged for immediate transportation back to our hotel, which was a GODSEND. I don't know how we would have made it home on the bus in that situation. He really saved the day and our DD made a quick recovery. Unbelievable customer service and customer attention! (BTW, my husband insists his name was Rudy -- but I'm better at remembering names, so I'm sticking with Randy.) :)

Melissa at the American Adventure Kidcot Funstop. Melissa gave my DD her first pin -- it was the end of the day, and my DD told her that her birthday was coming up -- so Melissa gave her a special birthday pin. My DD is now a bona fide pin collector complete with pink lanyard and a wide variety of Disney pins. It's her first "collection" and she's having so much fun with it. So thanks, Melissa, for introducing us to pin collecting!

And, finally, Daniel from Manchester at the Kidcot Fun Stop in the United Kingdom. Again, he was so great with my DD. And he didn't laugh at me when I asked if the Beatles were from Manchester. (I meant The Smiths, really I did!) :) What a great guy and a great personality.
