Some split stay advice.

Hello all, just looking for some advice from all you experts

So we've booked to go in July, we arrive 25th and stay 2 nights in the boardwalk. We have rented DVC points for this, we have a confirmation number and it all shows up fine on the My Disney experience app.
We then move to OKW resort, for 14 nights with Ultimate tickets and the free dining plan. Again we have a confirmation number for this and it all shows up fine on the app.

Now for the questions,

I take it we won't get our park tickets and dining plan credits till we check into Old Key West on the 27th.

Do disney offer a service for us to get our cases from the boardwalk to Old key West say bell services or concierge or something like that.

We can check in early even if the room is not ready and leave our cases then hit the park till our rooms are ready?

Will probably think of more questions as soon as i post this , any help is as always greatly appreciated.

If your tickets are part of the package you have booked for the OKW stay, you won't get them until you check in to OKW. I know that, previously, people had varying luck with picking up tickets early but I think all that has stopped now. You definitely won't get your DP credits until then.

You can easily transfer your luggage - just call Bell Services when you are leaving BWV (or take your cases to the Bell Services desk) and let them know you are moving to OKW and ask them to transfer your luggage there. Be warned, it can sometimes take a few hours for your luggage to arrive so, depending what time you leave it, you may not have it again until early evening. Once you're checked in (and in your room), you can call Bell Services from your room and have them bring your luggage up. Don't forget to tip appropriately

You can definitely check in early and get your tickets and DP credits, then head to a park. If you're very lucky, your room might even be ready but it's rare at DVC resorts so don't expect it.

Your dining credits and tickets will start as soon as you check in at OKW, you can do this first thing in the morning and then go to the park etc and use the credits that day.

The Boardwalk will transfer you luggage over to OKW for you, it's really easy, it usually takes a few hours to transfer but we've never had any problems, if you have grocery items they will take them too even your chilled stuff.
