If you don't mind booking through expedia, it appears that room only rates are now available on expedia. I did some searching around and was able to find both value and moderate, but not deluxe or home-away.
The rates appear to be the same as will be offered tomorrow with BDP; e.g., I saw $55 for Allstar and $85 for POR standard and $100 for water. They are identified as "Great Escape" rates.
There are some downsides to expedia. You have to pay in full in advance. It's the same 5 or 6 day cancel policy, but you have to pay $25 to cancel. You also can't put room requests right on the reservation. It also looks as though if any of your dates are blackout dates, you can't do a partial. FWIW, I recently booked a WDW discount stay through expedia and was very satisfied. I couldn't get a BAT rate at the GF, and booked the "fall promo" rate through expedia, which was the same thing. I was treated exactly the same by the GF and in fact was upgraded.
I did not go all the way through to confirmation on expedia on one of the new codes; maybe it won't let you confirm. But it's worth checking if the expedia policies don't bug you and you don't have the time or nerves for tomorrow's phone lottery.
