hi

my third cruise (yeah!) :) but first time going to serenity bay since didn't venture there since there were under 18ers and didn't want to leave them out of the fun of serenity bay but now everyone is 18!!

so some questions - can you rent snorkel equipment at serenity bay or do you need to lug it over from the family beach?

renting a bike and parking it at serenity bay - is that ok?

any must dos?

thanks

cindy

You have to rent it at the family beach near the Serentity Bay Tram Stop. No problem parking a bike at the entrance to Serenity Bay. Enjoy yourselves! If you get chairs near the entrance, you will be right at the bar, bathrooms and Barbeque.:yay: The water is not as deep as the family beach but still plenty to see snorkeling. Remember no nets there and I almost always see stingrays, large starfish, conchs, sanddollars, assorted fish.

I don't know about the snorkel but they do have the life vest that you have to wear when snorkeling.

They do have places to park bikes if you've rented one.

The only must do is to relax. We typically rent the floats and just chill. (And sip on virgin Pina colada's)

We went to Serenity Bay a couple years back. One of the best parts was just laying in a hammock and enjoying the sights and sounds while relaxing. It's such a calm area of the island. Hammocks go quick, though, so the earlier you can get there the better.
