I took several pictures of the new Wishes fireworks at MK last week. It is really a wonderful show. Here are a few of my favorites. I didn't get these all at one viewing, we were there 3 times during our trip. I wanted a picture of Tinkerbell but wasn't quite able to capture that moment. Maybe next time :)

Wow great pictures. We saw it for our anniversary trip in October and are looking forward to seeing it again in a few weeks.

Great pictures...thanks for sharing :D Where where you watching from?

Janette -- you have an Olympus C750, right? If so, did you take those in auto setting? Only practice I had with fireworks with this camera was July 4th....and missed alot of shots.

My previous Olympus took/takes EXCELLENT night shots.

Yes I do have an Olympus c750, I took them on auto with flash. I just keep taking them so that I ended up with some good shots. There were several that didn't work so well, I was having trouble with the night shot option. Really won't work for movement but did okay for stationary subjects. I don't hold the camera still very well, have a tripod but didn't take it along often.

I was on main street twice and in the circle once. Really anyplace with a good veiw of the castle would work. For pictures I found that I needed someplace without people's heads directly in my path so I had to move about a bit to get a clear view.

Thanks janette. I too have trouble with the night option...and I won't be bringing a tripod. DH seems to have trouble with this camera for some reason. He's had no trouble with older Olympus. How did the rest of your photos turn out in general. I have pretty good results.

We are going to WDW for just 1 night....and taking my 73 yr old parents for their first time. Seeing other parts of FL on a very SHORT trip soon.

The pictures turned out great overall, I used a 512 card and it made it so easy. About the only thing I wished the camera had was a larger viewer. I took pics at CP and I didn't thing they turned out at all but when i saw them later I found they were fine. The low light & zoom don't always work but if what you are taking pics of is well lighted it seems to help. This would be a problem for any camera and my old 35mm wouldn't have been able to get any of the pictures.

I have some great pictures of specto, less of fantasmic (we sat in the first row and there was way too much water). I took pics inside rides when it wasn't restricted and trying to take them on the move was a little hard so only some turned out. That was the biggest advantage, I took pictures where I otherwise would not have and they didn't all turn out but I did get some that are really good.
