The Kyriad looks so pretty. What kind of breakfast do you get (its included yes?)? How long generally are you on the shuttle bus from the Kyriad to Disney Village?

The breakfast is the usual affair: cereal, toast, croissants etc... Similar to the Disney hotels (though not DLH or NYC). Breakfast isn't included with all rates.

The shuttle bus takes about 10 minutes (at most) when you factor in the other stops.

We've just booked the Kyriad for next summer. :goodvibes Fully cancellable up until 6pm on arrival day so if Disney come up with some acceptable prices then we'll change, if not we'll be more than happy to stick with the Kyriad.

Really impressed with those pics of the Kyriad, given me something to think about thanks for posting this :thumbsup2

My DH's work colleague always stays there. :thumbsup2

We used to stay at the Explorers as they do rooms for up to 6 but now that my DDs are older we prefer 2 rooms which gives us 2 bathrooms and we're not fussed about a pool if we're only there for 3 nights.

We've just booked the Kyriad for next summer. :.

:banana::banana:we are there 21st to 26th july will we see you we paid £460 for 5 nights family room ,just nervous about booking eurostar now want to get a good price for that as well :thumbsup2

We're going 19th - 22nd August - what a shame we're not there the same time. :sad2:

You've got a great price :thumbsup2 we've booked our rooms on the fully cancellable rate so if we do end up staying here I'll try and change to a non-cancellable one to save a bit more.

Forgot to say - with the Eurostar phone them up now and ask to be put on their waitlist, they'll then phone you a few days before the dates are released so you'll get the cheapest prices. Also, are you staying in London the night before and the day you get back? If so, I'd suggest booking somewhere to stay asap (if you haven't already) as it's going to be pretty hectic with the Olympics.

Lovely photos. :)
Only stayed at the Kyriad for 1 night but thought it was fanastic for the price, felt like we downgraded when we moved to The Cheyenne the following day !

Think we've decided on our January 2012 trip, just found I can have 1 night B&B for 6 of us at the Explorers for £14 each on arrival night. Then we can move to Santa Fe the following morning, guessing I'll get the same feeling then too, but hoping that the excitement when my nephew sees the Cars themed rooms at Santa Se will make up for any disappointment.

Once me and Liam get our AP's we will be trying all the offsite hotels. :goodvibes

Bit confused about this rang them and they said the next block for july will be on sale in january ,but im not bothered about going direct as it will save us staying over so i think i will have to wait till 3 or 4 months before:sad2:totally panicking aboyt this:scared1:

Ah, yes I think it's only the direct one they phone you for. When the indirect ones go on sale there are several a day. Don't worry about it - lots of people have gone indirect and said it's very simple.

How much is the visitors tax? Also what time is the last bus, do they run late when the park has later hours or parties?

This is for the Kyriad.

Tax is 1 to 1.5 euros per person per night:thumbsup2
We satyed well past midnight during the summer and the buses where still running they get full so be prepared to push on :headache:

We stayed at the Kyriad in 2008, we had ants in our room. We didn't complain though as we got the feeling the staff weren't bothered.

I wouldn't stay there again.
