Dh has been looking for another job over the last few weeks.Well ,some how his boss has found out he has been looking to leave and called him in for a meeting yesterday.He's offered him promotion with pay rise if he will stay. 
His boss said that he was a valuable member of staff and they didn't want to lose him. 
Anyway they are putting a package together and he should have it by the middle of next week.Then all he has to do is decide if he's still leaving or staying.They do know that he will think about staying once he's seen the package they are offering.
They have also agreed that if i get the job i have an interview for next week that he can work part time school hour's the week's i'm away,then full time hours the weeks i'm back home.This is lovely news as i know the kids will be well looked after when i'm not here.
Some more good news...Dh also checked his mobile messages yesterday and there was a job offer from a bank in london.Unfortunatly dh isn't one for checking his phone and it was dated the 9th jan.Told him he has nothing to lose by calling them back now.They can only say is been filled now.
Sorry for boring you all with it but, i'm feeling 100% better about things now,especially if you read my post a few weeks ago about the job i was going for.
