Some ADRs Wrong- # of people- What do I do- Advice Needed

Ok, just checked online and some of my ADRs are wrong- they are for 5 people instead of 4. Both of said ADRs are for places that require a CC to hold. I KNOW I made them for 4, said for 4 to the CM on the phone, was told 4 when I made it and wrote down conf #. What do I do?

One is for BOG dinner- a hard ADR to get. I don't want to call and then have them tell me they can't drop the one and have to rebook for 4 and now there is no availability for 4-- and then I am SOL for an ADR I made at my 180 day mark.... ugh.

What's my penalty if the 4 of us show up for this or Akershus- the two that are for 5 people (which I didn't do) do I risk trying to call and change it or will I pay a penalty if only 4 of us show up- out of all the ADRs I have- only those 2 are wrong- and, of course they are ones I am required to pay a fee if we don't show up for--- all others are right. What do you recommend????

Call the dining reservations number and correct it.

Mine were exactly the same way. They added 1 to all my numbers.

What did you do? I discovered this late in the game- we go in 3 mos. If I had noticed a few days after I made my ADRs at 180+10 I'd be less pissed.

so you made the reservation for 4 people and they listed it as 5?? Just call and tell them you only need the ressie for 4 people, they wont charge you anything cause you are still 3 months out.

For cc guaranteed meals, as long as the reservation is honored by some in the party, you will not be charged.

Both our reservations this past weekend had 4 people instead of 3 on the reservation. (Be Our Guest for dinner on Monday which required CC hold,, and The Plaza for lunch on Tuesday, which did not) At both places we just told them it was actually 3 and no problem...at BOG we were seated right on time for our ADR. WE were not charged anything extra on that reservation.

Same was true on our trip in November...had 2 different CC hold restaurants with wrong # of people and no charge for the non-show person (the rest of us did show up on time)

Do not panic almost all of ours had the wrong numbers and I got a great CM who changed them all.
The only one that changed the ADR number was Mama Melrose Fantasmic dining.

Similar to the OP our ADR for Be Our Guest is at 4 and there is now no availability. No biggy we decided to keep it as the likely hood is that we will get a 4 top with an added extra seat.

Teppan Edo when it had 4 on My Reservations was showing as 11 on My Disney Experience. Now that it is booked for 5 people it is showing as 15 people

Oh my goodness, what a frustrating glitch! Now that I've been moved over to the new site, I plan to look at my reservations as little as possible , I have the emails, printouts and screen shots (both old and new site) showing everything correct so if there's a problem down the road, that's my story and I'm sticking to it. Can you tell I'm a worry wart??
