Do US or IOA have any parades or nighttime shows? Also I was looking to make ps for Finnigans in US what number would I call if I am not staying on site. I could not seem to find a phone number on Universals site for this. Thanks in advance.

I doubt that you'll need a reservation though unless you are going on a major hoilday. You can also stop at the reservation desk in CityWalk on your way into the parks and make a reservation there for Finnigan's or any other restaurant at City Walk, IoA, or Universal except for Emerils.

Parades are only during certain times like the Macy's parade at Christmas, Mardi Gras parade, or Halloween Horror Nights parade. Fireworks are only during certain times also, mostly during July 4 through the middle of August, and New Years Eve.
