Hi,
This may not be the best route to take, but I need help from my fellow Poly lovers. We purchased POLY DVC and we were too excited to wait until our first stay in December so we hopped down to WDW for this past weekend to check out everything there and have a drink at Trader Sam's, which was AWESOME! Anyway, I purchased the Polynesian Resort Hoodie that has a Minnie Mouse on the back, size XL. Well, I immediately left it on the Monorail. Honestly, it was less than 30 minutes after my purchase. Merchandising is unable to locate the hoodie at all in the POLY store which is Bou-Tiki, for me, I just need someone there to get me the SKU. I would greatly appreciate it. I was hoping that some fellow Poly lover that is there now can help me. I would be thrilled. Thanks so much.

Sorry, I'm not at the Poly but I was wondering if you happened to call lost and found? We've had a good recovery rate on our lost items.

Yes, I have called 3 times. No luck. It was quite a "gift bag". I had several items that I had purchased from Animal Kingdom as well as the Poly. All gone. It was a very sad evening to say the least.
