I always thought it was silly when I read posts about someone going to WDW for a day or two. What's the point? Can you really be satisfied with that? But since I will be missing Space Mountain on this coming September trip, and I just found out my boss is sending me to Orlando in January for a conference, I just can't help myself. I'm going to ride the newly refurbed Space Mountain in January!
I will have one, maybe two, days in the World. Obviously I have to go to MK. Whether I will have 1 or 2 days or park hopper will depend on park schedules and when my flight leaves.
So, if you are solo, and could have just one TS meal in all of WDW, where are you eating?
I have done Yak and Yeti, Coral Reef, Tutto, Sci-Fi, Garden Grill and Tony's. In September we'll be trying Boma, Le Cellier (I hope), Crystal Palace, Kona and either Brown Derby or Mama Melrose (haven't decided yet). Am I missing something spectacular that I must do, or should I pick a favorite from the tried and true list?
TIA, can't wait to hear what delicious things y'all come up with.
P.S. Is it wrong/weird that my biggest concern at the moment is one meal I'll have 6 months from now?
