Does anyone know what the point costs for the sold out resorts are if you buy from Disney. Specifically VWL, BWR and SSR. I know OKW is $90. I am asking because I am so torn on going with Disney vs. resale. We need to finance and the finance through timesharelending is 12.75% and plus there is a bunch of loan costs and then there is closing costs too. Plus I know if you buy through Disney they will spread it out over 10 years instead of 7 which makes the monthly payments lower (even though I plan to pay it off soon). From my understanding reading these boards there are no closing costs if you buy a "sold out" resort through Disney. I am thinking if I can get a better interest rate + no closing costs + exactly what I want without wait and hassle then maybe I will go with Disney. I really don't know which resort I want because VWL are my favorite BUT they have no grand villa which would probably not be available anywhere at 7 months out from my understanding. But I don't know if that is a big enough reason to not go with my first choice. Or should I go with my second choice which is BWV because they have the grand villa and I can usually book at VWL 7 months out and I would never be disappointed staying at BWV. OR should I go for cheap and buy at OKW or SSR even though I don't know that I really want to stay there and hope for the best?? UGH! My head hurts and I am starting to really not like this process which I feel should be "magical" and happy!
