Sold Out Excursions on Western?

I still can't decide what excursions we want to do for our Western cruise in April. Can anyone tell me what excursions tend to sell out fast? TIA

The dolphin excursion on Cozumel is very popular as is the Fury catamaran. The stingray city excursions are also very popular.

The 2 tank dive in Grand Cayman sold out prior to our Cruise on 12/15. Even concierge couldn't get more than 2 people in our party on that one.

Of course, we ended up not going to Grand Cayman, which is another story...
