I can tell you that you will love Solana Resort. We own our vacation home there so I might be a bit prejudice. 
It is a brand new gated community on Highway 27 and just a short ride to all the parks. It is just beautiful!!!
Make sure you get over to see the club house, too!! It has a heated community pool, a spa and a fitness center among a lot of other great treats.
I have never heard of the management company but that doesn't mean anything because I am sure there are a lot I haven't heard of.
