I just called AAA and was able to transfer my RESERVATION to AAA even though I booked through DCL.
I am so excited!!! We get two room credits too.

The mugs are an added bonus..

To summarize the answer to the OP. The following is for any guest, not just those who booked through AAA:
-Does not appear that any soda packages will be available.
-Fountain Soda will be complimentary at meals, at the deck 9 drink station, Cookies B-B-Q, Serenity Bay, and at meal times at Topsiders / Beach Blanket Buffet.
-Soda will have a cost at all bars (including Castaway Cay) and room service.

I am not sure about the mugs on the crusie ship. ButAAA said we will have 5 mugs in the 2 cabins upon boarding from
AAA .
5 sodas at $38 each plus 2 $75 on board credit is well worth it to me.

PRaffen, I can't tell you about sodas for breakfast in the dining rooms because I studiously avoided being up that early! We got room service a couple of mornings when we had excursions but the only time I had "breakfast" was debarcation morning when we went to Topsiders.
