It's wondering if anyone has any advice or recommendations on what I should eat/drink while training for the wine and dine half. I have to be on a soft diet for a few weeks from jaw/dental issues.
supposed to do 11 miles this weekend but I guess I could alter the training schedule if necessary and do a shorter 7 or 8 miles and wait 2 weeks for the 11. (fwiw, I can't eat bananas)
