Has any adult ever slept on the sofa sleeper in a one-bedroom at either the Beach Club or Boardwalk? Am planning a trip for October with Hubby and my daughter and her significant other and am thinking that he may not be comfortable on the sofa sleeper. He's 6'5" -- so definitely need some opinions.

Thanks!

The new sofa sleepers at BCVs are reportedly quite comfortable. I don't know how comfortable it would be for a 6'5" person, but many people have remarked how comfortable they are compared to standard sofa sleepers. We were at BCV in June 07 and DD14 slept on one. I layed on it one evening for a while and did find it quite comfortable, but I'm 5'3" and didn't sleep on it long. Just long enough to talk to the kids for a while before heading for my real bed!

If you don't plan on using the kitchen - why not get 2 studios?? I believe it is the same point wise. I know it would be inconvenient with the washer/dryer - but everone would get a real bed.

Thanks, Buzz.

I have been thinking the very same thing -- after I posted. Hopefully, I can get two studios during the week I'm considering.

Thanks again!

I find thaat most men can sleep anywhere as long as they don't have back problems.:goodvibes

We stayed at BCV, in a 1 BR, this past July. My 16 year old DGS is about
6'3";
he said that the new sofa bed was so comfortable that he didn't want to get up! (This is the sofa where the pillows are stored inside. )

I think that he'll find the bed to be comfortable.

Thanks, June. Was he sleeping in it alone or with a brother?

My 6'5" will be sleeping with my daughter -- so that may make a difference. :)

Off the wall question but I assume that the mattress can be pulled off of the sofa and be put on the floor? Long story...:idea:
